Why is an advance payment required for COD orders?

To prevent fake orders and ensure fast delivery, we take a small advance payment. The balance amount is safely paid at your doorstep on delivery.

How long does shipping take?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery usually takes 3–5 days in metro cities via air shipping, and 5–7 days for rural areas where air delivery is not available.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof. We’ll arrange a hassle-free replacement.
