1. No Order Cancellation
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
• Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility (Damaged Products Only)
We only accept returns and provide refunds under the following condition:
• The product is damaged upon delivery.
• The customer refuses to accept the damaged product at the time of delivery.
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is required as proof.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a return or refund:
• You must record a full unboxing video starting from:
• Showing the sealed package clearly.
• Showing the shipping label.
• Opening the package.
• Clearly showing the damaged product (if any).
• The video must be unedited and continuous.
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
4. Return Request Timeframe
• Any damage claim must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
• Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind.
• Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product.
• Used or opened products without valid damage proof.
• Orders that have already been shipped or delivered (except verified damage cases).
6. Refund Process
• Once the claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.

• Order number
• Clear unboxing video
• Photos (if applicable)
