By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
1. General
• These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our store.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
• We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payment Policy
• All orders must be either:
• Paid in full in advance, OR
• Advance payment with Cash on Delivery (COD) (partial advance required before shipment).
• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
• COD orders that are refused at delivery (without valid damage proof) may result in refusal of future COD orders.
• Customers must ensure all billing and shipping details are correct before placing an order.
3. No Cancellation Policy
• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier or external delays.
• Once shipped, delays caused by the courier are not our responsibility.
• Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery.
5. Damaged Products
• If a product arrives damaged:
• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
• The sealed package and shipping label must be visible in the video.
• The issue must be reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
• Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
• Refunds are only issued for verified damaged products.
6. Product Use & Liability
• We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Adult supervision is recommended for children using RC cars.
